금(Gold 14k, 18k) 제품은 변색이 없으나 수분, 땀, 화장품에 지속해 노출될 경우 광택을 잃을 수 있습니다.
은(Sterling Silver)의 특성상 수분, 땀, 화장품 등에 자주 노출되거나 장기간 미착용 시, 공기 중의 습기에 의해 검게 변색될 수 있습니다.
동봉된 광택천으로 닦아 관리하는 것을 권장합니다.
검게 유화 처리한 은제품과 원석이 세팅된 제품은 세척제 사용을 금해주세요.
진주 등 원석 제품은 화학물질에 민감하고 충격에 의해 흠집이나 파손될 수 있으니 주의해 주세요.
주얼리의 무상 수리 보증기간은 1개월입니다.
주문과 동시에 작업이 진행되므로 단순 변심으로 인한 취소 및 반품이 불가합니다.
핸드크라프트의 작업 특성상, 잔기스나 미세한 찍힘이 있을 수 있으며 이는 반품의 사유가 될 수 없습니다.
